Available now — a high-precision servo piston filler from Acasi Machinery at a fraction of the cost of new. This is an 8-head servo-driven piston filler, equipped with a custom manifold designed to draw product directly from a main tank or tote. It currently has 11oz pistons, capable of filling containers up to 11oz in a single stroke, with the option to double-stroke or more for larger volumes.

This machine is built for flexibility, handling a wide range of liquids, from low to high viscosity. It’s well-suited for industries like food, beverage, personal care, and more — ideal for products such as sauces, creams, dressings, lotions, and similar applications.

  • OSHA-compliant guard package with interlocks
  • Washdown upgrade - motors, sensors, ball screw motion covered with bellows and sealed, servo motor, HMI with additional covered seal, washdown buttons
  • (8) 11 oz single-stroke max fill, rotary valve pistons in 316L SS
  • (8) 3/8-in. IBSO Drip-free Custom nozzles in 316L SS with sanitary connections, nozzle bar, and tubing
  • Hot-fill tubing for up to 200 degrees F
  • Pneumatic-actuated drip tray controlled via PLC
  • Custom manifold to feed filler from main tank/tote.
  • 10 Ft. Conveyor, 4.5 in. wide acetyl chain, with speed control installed in filler's control
  • 220V Single-phase | 5CFM @ 80psi
