Resina-Style Capper

6-spindle inline capper with vertical wheel cap sorter. Handles a wide variety of flat and flip-top caps. Fully automatic operation with easy changeover.

This automatic capping machine is currently set up to run 38mm plastic screw-on caps. The Acasi cappers feature spring-loaded spindles, which are more forgiving and easier to set up than most bottle capping equipment in the industry.

  • Heavy duty 304 stainless steel welded C frame for easy mounting over existing conveyors.
  • 110V, 50Hz/60Hz, 10 Amps | 5 CFM @ 80 psi
  • Heavy duty linear carriage system for height adjustability.
  • All shafts and threaded rods manufactured in 304 stainless steel.
  • Front covers with safety interlock switches standard.
  • Top driven to insure no product spillage into drive assembly.
  • Adjustable height to accommodate containers from 1 inch to 14 inches tall.
  • Independent spring loaded bottle capping discs for better torque and misalignment forgiveness.
  • Torque is able to be adjusted while the machine is running.
  • Clutches located away from capping discs to avoid corrosion.
  • Heavy-duty gear-driven mechanism, no belts used for power transmission. Adjustable speed 1/2 Hp drive motor for capping discs.
  • Vertical wheel cap sorter requires no fine-tuning. Mechanical bottle cap sorting.
  • Easy changeover for caps from 15mm to 53mm in diameter, with appropriate tooling
  • 3 Cubic feet integrated cap hopper
