Plumaz LLC (“Plumaz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Automated Pack platform at app.automatedpack.com and the associated website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Platform. It applies to all users, including manufacturing companies and their operators.

- Usage Data: queries submitted to PackAssist AI, content viewed, session duration, device information, IP address, and analytics on platform usage.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform (including generating AI-assisted guidance and analytics for your company administrators).
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates.

Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting, authentication, data storage, AI processing, analytics, and error monitoring. We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. After termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except for anonymized usage logs which may be retained longer for product improvement. Backups are subject to the same deletion timeline where feasible.
